Q:   How long does an order take to make?

A:  Most orders take about 2 weeks.  Though some may take longer depending on the requested materials.

Q:  How do I measure my pet to determine the height of the bowl he needs?

A:  Choosing the right height when selecting a Unique Custom Elevated Bowl is important: You need to take your dog’s specific physical features and needs into consideration. He/she is the most comfortable when using a raised dog feeder. It is believed that the perfect height for feeders is 5 inches below the dog’s front shoulder. If your dog is relatively small, them 3 or 4 inches will do.

Q:  I like a bowl but I need a different size can I have one made to order?

A:  Of course!  If you need any custom design or size just contact us using the contact form.  Let us know what you would like and we will send you a quote.  Or if there is a bowl you like but just need it shorter or taller just add the info into the comments section during checkout or send us a note in the contact from and we can make the alterations.

Q:  What type of finish do you use?

A:   Most of all bowls are epoxy coated and a thick clear coat for high durability.

Q:   What do the sizes mean?

A:  The sizes represent bowl size.  Small = 1/2 Pint Bowls.  Medium =  1 pint-1 Quart Bowls.  Large is  1.5 – 2 Quart Bowls
